Waseem Ranker

Results, with the screenshots to match

Every figure on this page is read straight from a client account: Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Bing Webmaster Tools and GA4. No rounded-up claims, no numbers I cannot produce the export for.

Rankings are not the product. Consistent leads are. Each case below shows the chart, the period it covers, and what the change actually meant for the owner: more enquiries, arriving steadily, from people already looking to buy.

Locksmith · Miami, Florida, USA

Locksmith is one of the most aggressively contested local categories there is, and Miami is one of the hardest markets in it. An average position of 6.8 across the whole keyword set is the strongest in this portfolio.

The chart dips at the end of September and then climbs without coming back down. That inflection is the point where the corrected profile, the service pages and the technical fixes stopped fighting each other and started compounding.

3,050 clicks and 150,000 impressions in 28 days, arriving steadily rather than in one burst, which for a locksmith is the difference between a chaotic week and a business that can staff a schedule.

The outcome the owner cares about: consistent emergency and scheduled call-outs from people inside the Miami service area, not tyre-kickers from three counties away.

Locksmith · Boone, North Carolina, USA

A Boone locksmith quadrupled its weekly visitors, and kept them engaged

Google Analytics 4 · Last 7 days screenshot showing Active users 420, Growth +303.8%, Engagement 1m 03s, Engagement growth +17.8%

A 303.8% week-on-week increase in active users for a single-location locksmith in Boone, North Carolina: the solid line is the current week, the dotted line is where the business was before.

The number that matters more sits next to it: average engagement time rose 17.8% at the same time. Traffic growth usually dilutes engagement, because volume arrives before relevance does.

Here both moved together, which means the extra visitors were the right visitors: people in and around Watauga County who stayed, read the service pages, and had a reason to call.

In a small market like Boone that is the whole point: not more strangers, more of the few hundred people a month who actually need a locksmith.

Locksmith · Montreal, Canada

8Avg. position

Four weeks, 4,940 clicks and 234,000 impressions for a locksmith in Montreal, and the shape of the chart matters more than the totals, because it climbs steadily instead of spiking once and collapsing.

That pattern is what a business can actually staff around. Demand that arrives evenly is demand you can answer, quote and convert, instead of a flood you miss and a drought you cannot explain.

Average position settled at 8 across a bilingual, highly competitive market: page one for a wide spread of real buying searches rather than a handful of vanity terms.

The outcome: a steady, predictable flow of lockout and installation enquiries every week, from searches with intent behind them.

Pest control · Birmingham, UK

Birmingham pest control: from invisible to 151 clicks in a single day

8.2Avg. position
151 clicksBest day
Google Search Console · 3 months screenshot showing Clicks 5.8K, Impressions 270K, Avg. position 8.2, Best day 151 clicks

This is the clearest before-and-after in the set. For the first two months the lines sit flat along the bottom of the chart. The pest control company existed, but almost nobody in Birmingham was finding it, and the phone reflected that.

From late September the curve turns and does not come back down. Average position climbed to 8.2 and impressions reached 270,000 across the quarter: the point where a business stops competing for scraps and starts appearing for the searches that actually convert.

The single day highlighted on the chart tells the story better than the totals: 151 clicks and 9,292 impressions from one day's search, at an average position of 7.3. Pest control is seasonal and spike-driven; being visible on the spike day is the whole game.

For the owner the change was not a number on a dashboard. It was enquiries arriving every day instead of every few weeks, from people across the West Midlands already searching for exactly what they sell.

Commercial cleaning · Hamburg, Germany

A Hamburg cleaning firm rebuilt from a standing start into 257K impressions a quarter

7.6Avg. position

Mid-July this commercial cleaning company in Hamburg was producing almost nothing from search. By mid-October it was pulling 4,680 clicks and 257,000 impressions a quarter, with average position at 7.6.

The steepest part of the curve comes in the final three weeks, which is exactly the compounding effect local SEO produces when the profile, the content and the technical foundations are all corrected rather than patched.

Position 7.6 in a category this broad means the firm is now visible across the whole range of German-language searches its commercial clients actually use (office cleaning, building services, contract work), not just the one term it was originally chasing.

For the client that translated into a B2B lead channel that keeps working on its own, month after month, without paying per click for it.

HVAC · Kansas City, Missouri, USA

Kansas City HVAC: a 6% click-through rate, triple the usual benchmark

Google Search Console · 28 days

18.5KImpressions
6%CTR
9.1Avg. position
Google Search Console · 28 days screenshot showing Clicks 1.12K, Impressions 18.5K, CTR 6%, Avg. position 9.1

This one is about efficiency rather than raw volume. A 6% click-through rate is roughly three times what most local businesses see, which means nearly every impression this Kansas City HVAC company earns turns into an actual visit.

That happens when the listing and the page titles speak directly to what the searcher wants (furnace repair in January, AC replacement in July), so the right people click and the wrong ones do not.

1,120 clicks from only 18,500 impressions is a far better trade than ten times the impressions at a fraction of the rate, because an HVAC owner's scarcest resource is technician hours, not web traffic.

The result is a smaller, sharper stream of Missouri homeowners who close at a much higher rate.

Car rental · St. Louis, Missouri, USA

Direction requests are the most honest metric in local search, because nobody asks for directions to a business they are not intending to visit, and for a car rental depot, arriving in person is the transaction.

247 of them over six months means 247 people who found this St. Louis operator on Google, decided it was the one they wanted, and set off towards the lot: footfall traced directly back to the profile.

This is the number worth showing an owner who is sceptical about SEO. It is not traffic or rankings, it is people physically arriving at the counter.

The dip through autumn is seasonal for car rental in the Midwest, and it is exactly the pattern the profile calendar is now built around so the next travel peak is captured rather than missed.

Concrete services · Redmond, Oregon, USA

79.9K impressions for a Redmond concrete contractor from the engine competitors ignore

Almost every local business optimises for Google and forgets Bing entirely, which is why this channel is so cheap to win, and why it is included in every engagement I run.

79,900 impressions and 454 clicks over the quarter for a concrete services contractor in Redmond, Oregon, from an audience the competition in Central Oregon is not even attempting to reach.

It matters more in 2026 than it used to: Bing feeds Copilot and several AI assistants, so visibility here increasingly decides whether a business gets recommended when someone asks an AI for a concrete contractor rather than typing into a search bar.

Those are additional driveway, patio and foundation enquiries at no additional ad spend: the same work, indexed twice.

How to read these

What these charts do and do not prove

Screenshots are evidence, not proof of what will happen for you. Every business starts from a different position, in a different category, in a different city, and results vary accordingly. Anyone showing you charts like these alongside a guarantee is selling you something they cannot deliver.

What these do show is a consistent pattern: correct the Google Business Profile, fix what is broken technically, publish content that answers the questions buyers actually type, and enquiries become steady rather than sporadic. That pattern held across every account on this page.

I can produce the underlying exports for any figure here on request. If a provider cannot do that for their own case studies, treat the numbers as marketing copy.

Want to know what your own numbers look like?

Send me your business name and city. I will run a geo-grid check and a profile audit and tell you what is actually wrong, including if the answer is that you do not need to hire anyone. If the monthly gap does not justify a retainer, I will say so.

No rankings are guaranteed, here or anywhere else. See how I work and what it costs.
