How to use this list without wasting a week
Work down the list in order of relevance to your business rather than in order of domain authority. A profile on a platform where your customers already spend time is worth more than five on high authority boards nobody in your market reads.
Fill the profile out properly: real business name, the same address and phone number you use on your Google Business Profile and your citations, a genuine description and a link to your homepage. A half-filled profile is a wasted registration and, when the NAP does not match, an actively unhelpful one.
Post before you link where the platform allows it. Communities that let anyone drop a URL into an empty profile are usually the ones search engines have already learned to discount.
Expect a proportion of these to be nofollow. That is fine and it is not a reason to skip them: a natural link profile contains both, and a profile that is exclusively dofollow is its own kind of signal.
What this tactic will and will not do
It will help a new or thin domain look established, it will reinforce the name, address and phone number you are trying to get search engines to agree on, and it will occasionally send a genuinely interested visitor.
It will not outrank a competitor with better content, a better profile and better reviews. If your Google Business Profile is misconfigured or your service pages are thin, links from any list will not compensate for that, and the money is better spent fixing the foundation first.
Volume is not the metric. Two hundred profiles built carelessly in a week look exactly like what they are. The same two hundred built over a few months, on platforms that fit your business, with consistent details, read as an ordinary web presence.
